And why are we talking about racing?

Because racing is fun.

At least it's supposed to be fun.

It's meant to be fun.

And if it's not fun for you, hopefully, this podcast will help you have more fun racing.

So I'll tell you what.

If you have more fun racing, you're going to race

better. That's just how it works, and it's wonderful how it works. So what I want to do is give you a

whole series of things that you can do to set yourself up to race better. And that's really the goal.

I think sometimes people confuse what the real

purpose of a race is. And I think it's very similar what the purpose of a run is. The hope is that at the
