Summary

r/Maliciouscompliance In today's episode, OP works at a factory where she supervises a team of workers. These workers aren't allowed to start their day until after OP gives them directions. A new boss joins the factory and decides that OP has to start each morning with an ultra-important mandatory meeting that OP absolutely cannot skip! OP happily shows up to the meeting, which means that all of her underlings just stand around for hours waiting for her to give them directions. The boss learns about OP's malicious compliance and QUICKLY changes his stupid policy!
