and certainly not mistreating the defendants that we encounter. That's Chuck Rosenberg.

He spent his career working in law enforcement. Among other things, he was the US attorney

for the Eastern District of Virginia and also the Southern District of Texas. And most

recently, he was the acting head of the Drug Enforcement Administration or DEA. He resigned

last fall. We're going to talk about why he left, how to try a terrorist in court, how
