Hello and welcome. I'm so thankful you're joining me here for tonight's sleep meditation.

Whether your brain is just spinning and you still feel the movement of the day moving through you.

Or perhaps you are ready to sleep and exhaustion is already taking over.

Go ahead and close your eyes and just be open to allowing this meditation to help you drift off into dreamland.

Breathe gently. And take a moment to recognize

the impermanence of this moment.

The flurry of today,

the echoes of past conversations,

the weight of all those unfinished tasks.

Just observe them.
