Let its rhythm slow you down

As your body sinks into your bed Breathe.

And feel your body unfold and relax. The world around you have been loud. The world around you has been loud.

And your thoughts have been spinning,

trying to solve, to plan, to understand,

to keep up with all that's asked of you.

But here in this moment, you're allowed to set it all down and release it so you can rest. Let the weight of those thoughts drift softly to the side.

Peel them hover in the air suspended, no longer pressing, no longer urgent.

Notice the tender rise and fall of your breath

and feel its gentle rhythm, steady and true.

So constant, so loyal.
