One of my big goals for the year was to create and stick to a better morning routine so that I can hopefully be more productive.

But I'm only a couple weeks in and I already

feel like I'm failing. What can I do to actually stick to my new routine?

Oh, Chelsea, I can definitely relate to this struggle and I'm sure a lot of other people probably can too because it's one thing to have the best intentions of all those things we want to do, especially this time of year, right?

But it's a whole other thing to actually follow through on them and make them part of your life.

So how do you make new habits actually stick

so that they become part of your normal routine?

Well, I think a couple of very simple practices can help.

So the first thing that I would recommend is to get super intentional and

super clear about what actions you actually want to include in your routine.

And by this I mean there's all these things that you could do and maybe all these things that you should do or you feel like you should do, but you can't do everything.
