today's big question comes from Charlene Kay, who says,

When I listen to you coaching your students on the Get Ruth episodes,

it makes me wish that I had someone who could give me that sort of feedback for my own business.

I'm wondering if it might be time to find a business coach, but that brings up all sorts of

other questions.

First, how do I know whether I'm even ready for a coach?

Second, how do I find one? And how do I know if they're even reputable? Do you offer coaching? If so, where do I sign up?

Charlene, I just have to tell you that I love this question because when it comes to entrepreneurship and growing a business, I am actually a huge believer in coaching and mostly in finding people who are a little ahead of you

in whatever it is that you want to do next to serve as mentors along the way.

So it doesn't always need to be the same person and I think it's important first of all to recognize that it doesn't always have to be the

same person. If you want to grow in a certain area find somebody who's really good in that particular area,

who is a little ahead of you or closer to where you want to be,

and possibly use them to be your mentor or your coach in that in that particular area.
