Hello my friends and welcome back to another episode of the Legendary Life podcast. In fact, this isn't quite a real episode. It's me doing an update to let you know what's been going on because I've received so many emails, Facebook messages,

and more just asking, hey Ted, I haven't heard from you, are you okay? Is everything all right?

And first I want to say thank you so much when I hear from people

who listen to this show and who benefit from it and you care about the

what's going on with me and you know it just really I really appreciate that I

really appreciate you taking the time to reach out and ask to make sure

everything's okay so here's what's going on. It's been a tough time

since last October actually and I'll talk a little bit about that and what's been

affecting me personally but first I want to talk about what Giselle has been

going through recently and it's really tough because her dad was diagnosed with

bladder cancer I think around a year and a half ago,

a year and a half two years ago,

he had a treatment for it, he was fine, he's been fine,

but now things have taken a term for the worse and he has bladder cancer and it's metastasized to his prostate.

It's in his colon right now and we found out recently not too long ago and it's been this issue

where he's having multiple complications from it. He wasn't able to pee. So they put him in the hospital and he's in Brazil by the way, he's not here in the states. So it's a different situation there. It's public health care, but you've

got to wait a long time and they're overloaded and overworked.

So he had to go through dialysis, he couldn't pee.

And for those of you who don't know what that is,

it's basically your kidneys filter your pee and bring it to your bladder and then it leaves you right? Well he

couldn't pee, he was backing things up, his kidneys were working so you hook yourself up to this machine that is a

mechanical kidney basically and it's loud and it takes hours and he had to have
