it's August 14th. And next week is the 23 year anniversary of my dad's passing. He died at 55

years old from colon cancer, super, super young. And there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss him

and have conversations with him. And he was the closest person to me ever. But anyway, one thing

that he that has stuck in my brain, my entire life, and not necessarily in a good way,

I'll say, he always used to tell me to lighten up. I took

things very seriously growing up. And he always said lighten up, Rick, lighten up. And also used to

tell me in his, you know, in his dad, father, son conversations, he'd say, remember, this is all a game.

I started officially January of 2014. And here we are in August of 2020. So a little over six

and a half years now that for the first few years, and I've talked about it quite a bit here in the show, I didn't have a whole lot of fun in the business. It was really hard to me emotionally, physically, mentally affected my relationships, a lot of anxiety, stress, depression. We got really dark in 2015, which I've talked about here in the show.
