My name is Rob Maurer, quick episode today discussing a couple more thoughts on

Tesla potentially going private.

Tesla stock on Wednesday closed down 2.43% to $370.34 cents, as compared to the

Nasdac up 0.06%. Personally, I will is dollar buyout potential share price. In the pre-market today Tesla continues to be

down another 1% to about $367 per share. That means there's currently a 14.5%

discount from the current share price to the $420

potential buyout share price.

This is a pretty big discount to apply

in the current situation, I think.

There seems to be a lot of questioning

on whether Musk was allowed to tweet what he did, if it was manipulation of the stock,

if the SEC is going to investigate.

All of that is distraction in my opinion.

It is legal for Tesla to announce material information on Twitter.

They've done it many, many times in the past.

This is not different.

So the method of communication, in my opinion and understanding,

is fine.

So the only thing that's really left to debate is whether or not any of the information that was posted by Elon on
