in the book about the monopoly board game which we're all familiar with, really boils down

to a couple of things, not only about ownership, getting as much property as you can, etc.

And a massing wealth, but how you play the game.

And so walk us through your thinking in using that as sort of the launch point for this

book.

You open it up with the idea that wealth is built through a home ownership and equity.

And if you don't have access to either, you're not in the game.

Take it from there.

Yeah, and it's funny because I think people forget that despite his racist roots, slavery,

a big chunk of slavery was an economic decision.

Yeah, it's driven by economics to keep it or to end it was driven by economics.
