Getting the alignment, you know, it's the old Jim Collins thing, getting the right people on the bus and getting the wrong people off the bus.

And if you're in church work and you have a growing church, you're going to be in that process continually.

church work. You never get there. And I do mention early on, I think chapter one about this idea

the products never finish. But as a leader, as a leader, it's never done. Your team is always in transition.

There's always a plate you're spinning somewhere. There's always a leader transitioning.

There's always one that needs to transition. There's always a crisis. There's always a

funding deficit. You're never getting out of that. And so this, this is something I think we

have to pay a lot of attention to.
