Sure. So like everyone else who was ever trained in psychology or medicine, I was taught that stress was the

enemy and it increases your risk of everything you don't want,

And I thought that my mission was to go out and tell people to avoid stress or reduce stress.

It just, it seems logical. but I started to come across this

really fascinating research almost a decade ago now that suggested that trying to

and accepting or embracing stress can actually help you avoid some of those
