Bowles alleges that a significant amount of information was withheld from the defense, including two reports from one of the state's weapons experts, a complete interview with Seth Kenney, and 900 pages related to state witnesses. Judge Ural Glanville, presiding over the YSL RICO trial, was ordered to be removed from the case on Monday. A new judge has been assigned and the trial will proceed on August 5th. In a summary judgment, the court found the purported TikTok Psychic liable for defamation against a professor at the University of Idaho. The TikToker filed a motion to amend the filing and remove the judge from the case. Finally, Tom Girardi's federal criminal trial for stealing client funds has been scheduled for early August. 0:57.0	Tik-Tok psychic because the videos at issue in this defamation suit were posted on Tik-Tok. The Tik-Talker is
1:04.7	representing herself. The university professor has the same attorney, Wendy
1:09.4	Olson, that represented the media coalition in the Brian Coburger criminal prosecution.
1:14.0	That case recently went to summary judgment and the court granted a partial summary judgment
1:18.6	finding the Tiktock are liable for defamation. That means the case is only going to move forward on the grounds of damages.
1:26.2	Well, that is not sitting well with the Tik-Tok psychic who has made motions for the
1:31.5	judge to be removed twice for the judge to be removed twice, for the entire case to be
1:36.0	re-litigated, and for the judge to reconsider the motion. Those are not going to meet any level of success in this case will keep moving
1:45.3	forward towards a damages phase and if that goes to trial it's going to go to trial in
1:50.4	federal court which is not televised but I am going to keep an eye on what happens in this case.
