Summary

In this week's Quick Bits, I explain why Harvey Weinstein's 2020 conviction was overturned and whether that affects the California conviction for which he is currently serving a sentence on a separate sexual assault charge.

Karen Read finally has jurors for the trial but has moved to a different courtroom where the jurors can better see the witness.

The Alec Baldwin case has been updated with more filings between the defense and prosecution.

The judge in the Bryan Kohberger case allows the potential juror survey to continue in Latah and other surrounding counties.

And finally, there was a fifth arrest made in the Kansas Missing Moms Case.
