Veronica Butler was going through a custody battle with Tifany Adams who is her children's paternal grandmother. The children's father was in rehab during the time of the disappearance. Jilian Kelley was the person who was authorized to supervise visits. Subsequently, Tifany Adams and her boyfriend Tad Cullum, as well as married couple Cole and Cora Twombly were arrested on April 13th, 2024, and held without bond. The charges include 1st-degree murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy to murder in the first degree. Cora's teenage daughter, CW, bravely told OSBI that she overheard the group's plans for the homicide, the existence of 2 burner phones and that she was forced to clean the truck after the murders and the previous attempts on Butler's life. With a considerable amount of digital evidence, we'll see if this tragic case goes to trial. We are going to be covering a fairly new case because the court documents are finally available in the arrest of four regarding another child custody case that ended in a murder. It is shocking to me that there are multiples of these cases.
0:21.5	So no, today we are not talking about Donna Edelson. We are not
0:24.3	talking about what recently happened at a custody deposition in Las Vegas. If
0:29.7	criminal charges come in that case I will be following, and I've talked about it on stream.
0:34.6	Today, we are talking about Oklahoma.
0:38.0	So with all of that, and not the texting judge,
0:41.8	and this wouldn't have been in the texting
0:42.9	judge's jurisdiction anyway how do I know I look I looked I looked we're going to go
0:48.4	through the court documents we're going to talk about what the charges are
0:51.0	here we are going to talk about what happened charges are here. We are going to talk about what happened.

0:56.6	and we need to have a conversation
0:58.6	about what is going on with not only how dangerous custody cases can be,
1:05.0	how contentious they can be,
1:06.0	but how this is not the answer.

1:12.0	the person who is the most harmed or the people who are the most
1:14.9	harmed are the children.
1:17.0	And if you are trying to protect children, this is 100% not the way to go about it.
