This includes James Spears’ requests for legal fees and the 12th accounting, which the parties have been fighting over since 2020. Although the settlement terms are private, there is much to be learned from the court documents, and today I will be going over all of them. The previous trial date has been vacated, and the only remaining issue is payment to Britney’s former lawyer, Sam Ingham. I expect that matter to be resolved next month.
