I was getting some texts from a friend of mine

We've been having this conversation ongoing for

Well actually for quite a while

But the last couple of days it's been emphasized.

The whole, like, younger people, people in their 20s in the workplace thing that a number of people have observed.

And I've had this experience myself, and they are having the problem with the level of like familiarity and

lack of and it's hard to say this without sounding like a dick but just uh just like you go

into a workplace where you want to be what the older people are but you treat them like peers in a very too familiar way

that didn't exist throughout my entire career.

And I just had that experience here.
