If I'm when we have little faith, we have a lack of energy.

And I'm talking about faith in multitudes. It could be faith in our higher selves,

faith in ourselves, right? You know, our faith can fluctuate. I'm just our belief in ourselves

just by the simple tasks within our day. When we wake up in the morning and we're optimistic

about the day and we set forth our plans and our goals. And then we don't achieve them. We fall

off. You know, maybe we get lazy. Then we have little faith. And we go into the next day,

believing in ourselves a little bit less with a little bit of energy.

When we could be going into the next day with a whole lot more energy.

If I'm faith is very important, but how do we cultivate faith? How do we develop more faith?

I think relaying all faith on ourselves pretty much isn't logical. Because we will always stumble.

We will always fall. Unless we have the most compassionate and forgiving heart for ourselves.

And we can bounce back. But that's not the case for most of us. I'm just going to go on the

limp and say all of us. I think everybody beats themselves up. When they fall short, I think everybody

regrets. This may happen on a weekly basis. We may fall behind. We may not be where we want to be.

We may have flocked that test. We may have messed up an opportunity with a job. We may have

let someone go. We may not have done enough work on ourselves.

And then we find that we look to society. And for me, it's hard to have faith in society.

Because society is crazy. Race wars, gender wars, climate wars, political wars.

There are so many opinions and perspectives that lack compassion. So me putting faith in society is the last.

I'd rather put all faith on self. So when I find flaws in putting faith on ourselves completely,

I'm a major flaw on putting faith in society. Where does the faith go? To me, I look at what works

in its natural order. I look at earth, you know, I look at nature. Nature seems to have a divine
