So often I find that we try to deny what we need in life, right?

Because as soon as we come to the conclusion that we may need something that's outside of ourselves,

we may feel like that is a weakness.

We may feel like we are dependent, codependent on something, on somebody.

On the external, right? It's a beautiful feeling and we know we can heal self from within

when everything that we need comes from within.

But that is not simply true.

At times in our life, that is true.

The spaces and times are in our life where isolation is what we need.

Where self-healing is what we need.

But then there does come a time where our community, our experiences, our connections,

are so vital, right? Our relationships, relationships are important, right?

And I'm not just talking about love relationships with this significant partner.

I'm talking about all kinds of relationships, friendships, family relationships, business relationships, right?

Intimate relationships.

These all are important because these are nourishment for our human body.

We evolved from tribal communities.

We evolved from a space of needing people, right?

Everyone doing their part to come together as one.

Like my mentor Bob says, one love.

And I believe the people in our life are there for us truly, you know?

But we need to know how to communicate with them.
