history of North America reminding me that these are two countries that share a common

However, Quebec is a particular part of Canada because it's French speaking and English

So it's a great pleasure to welcome the delegate general of the Quebec government,

Mocking Abert, who is in New York representing Quebec to eight cities, the Mid-Atlantic

cities, but especially in terms what I'm interested in, energy and the relationship between

US needs of energy and the ability of Quebec to produce energy.

I think that you mentioned that Quebec is one of the world biggest producer of hydroelectricity,

which is a green and clean energy.

And thanks to the decision that governments took many decades ago when they had this vision

of building these facilities to produce hydroelectricity.
