something that dan graziano wrote yesterday he did a story on ESPN about uh i guess uh sort of

market predictions market predictions and quarterback predictions with certain teams.

And he gets some Mack Jones and the New England Patriots and gives you some background about

what happened in year two with the coaching changes and how that went and all of that.

And now they've signed Bill O'Brien and Kay, now here we are in 23.

And he says, most likely outcome.

Jones and O'Brien click.

And Jones looks a lot more like his 2021 self than his 22 self.

And next May, the Patriots pick up Jones' fifth year option and maybe even extend his contract, cementing him as the starter in 2024 and beyond.

That's the most likely outcome, according to Dan Graziano, agree or disagree? Look, if it works, then that should be the most... No, no, no, no, no. What do you think's going to happen? I think he'll be just fine, and there's going to be question marks as to whether or not they want to pay him that kind of money at the end of the offseason. I don't think he's going to put up like 30 touchdowns this year, and it's just going to be like this revelation that he's working with Bill O'Brien. I think that Mack Jones is what he is. So, okay, so the most likely outcome that he'll click, and they will either pick up the fifth-year option or extend his contract. You disagree with that. They're probably going to be forced into, which is kind of like how the Giants were.

It ended up having to give an extension to Daniel Jones, something along those lines.

They probably will end up picking up that 50-year option, yeah.
