Hey Deservant listeners, today I thought I would answer patron emails, let's get into it.

0:04.9

Anonymous uppertier patron writes, I live by myself and while in quarantine I have a limited amount of people that I see. My self-care activities are more social normally, spending time with friends going to dance classes, etc.

I feel more energized with others around me. My therapist says I should explore

activities that I can do at home alone since we are in a pandemic. No matter what

0:31.7

I try by myself I do not get the same amount of enjoyment as with others around and find these activities like taking bubble baths, watching movies, and even talking on the phone and Zoom,

1:36.8

no contact with other people and they're just fed food a few times a day through a slot.

1:42.0

People go insane.

1:44.4

Literally, they hallucinate, they have all sorts of mental illness problems,

1:50.0

even after just a few days.

1:51.7
