amount to significant stress.

Stress and the impact of the day-to-day to-do list can be more negative to our brains than a single traumatic event.

Yeah. And that's a great way to help people understand that what goes on in our life it impacts us and we can act

like it even though when it's a known thing we can act like it it's it's not that big

deal with stoic wall right?

Struck home to me I'll say that.
