Henry here, and we've got another great episode. And before we get started, let's just take a few seconds like we always do to focus and get our thoughts aligned.

So that way we can come out better for this and you know get fired up from some

motivational quotes and and things like that so again you know if you've started the day with this

podcast that's great but if you have been going through the day and you need to take a minute to

catch breath catch your focus and let's go ahead and do that so like we always always do, we're going to just get a big, deep breath to kind of catch our thoughts

and slow down and dial in.

So that first breath, when we take it in, we're going to do about three to four seconds in,

and then a four second hold, and then a four second release.

So let's go ahead and do that now.

Go ahead and breathe in.

And hold it.

And release.

Alright. I always feel good when I do some deep breathing and it just kind of helps slow me down and helps get focused in now because now is what it's all about.
