1:18.6 | But for the most part, you know, the most successful ones, they showed up all year round. |
1:23.0 | But now at the underground, as I stated in the last one, we have athletes who train once a week, |
1:29.3 | maybe twice. |
1:30.8 | Sometimes they don't show up for an entire month. |
1:34.1 | And the reason why is they're so busy running around doing all these travel sports. |
1:39.4 | Well, it's very similar to training adults online, whether it's Gladiator Strong or Dad Strong. |
1:45.5 | They're like, hey, I'm doing Gladiator Strong, but I'm also on, you know, this guy's program, a little bit of that. |
1:52.8 | I'm on this person's a little bit of that. |
1:54.9 | Well, now you're no longer on the program. |
