Ben is a byline you have probably read sometime, maybe more than once, probably several times in the last year,

because he works at NBC News and his beat is disinformation generally.

And for quite some time, he's been writing a lot about Q and on, which is obviously in the news and is going to be in the news for a while. And I want to take some time to pick Ben's brain to understand what Q&N is. And more important, sort of how the media should be thinking about writing about it, talking about it, and sort of what is to be done. Welcome, Ben.

Thanks so much for having me, Peter. This is really exciting. It's not that exciting. Again, a long time, first time. It's just a podcast. But you're doing great work. You and your colleagues, Brandy Zaradzni. Did I get that right? I practiced it. Yeah, close. Yeah, close not. Sure. Sir Rosni. I've been doing a lot of work at NBC News. I think sort of one of the definitive sources about Q&On news in general.

But a beat you've been on for a couple years, I think.

Yeah, I've been on the Q beat for two years, but I've been covering disinformation for about five years, five or six years now.
