And Marty says if you're creating an e-book that does not have a huge list of follow-up topics,

would you suggest self-publishing on Amazon or creating your own sales page and do it yourself?

All right.

There's a couple advantages and disadvantages to both.

If you publish on your

own website, the huge advantage is that you get to keep all of the money. So when you sell something like

for $10, you're going to get to keep all $10 with that. If you sell something on Amazon, you're going to

have to share at least some of that revenue with them. I don't know the exact percentages, but I do know that they take a portion of all of your sales. And I know at their highest tier,

I think they pay out 70%. So at worst or at best, you're going to get $7 out of your 10. But I think

that's only for the people who exclusively sell through Amazon. So I would say that it's a higher percentage

that they take if you're just selling in the Kindle store by yourself. You might lose up to 40

or even 50%. I'm not exactly sure what that is, but I do know that Amazon is going to take a good

chunk of your money. The big advantage of Amazon is, you know, when people are looking for a book,

they're going to go to Amazon.com or Kindle and they're going are looking for a book, they're going to go to

Amazon.com or Kindle and they're going to search for a book. And I believe in your email,
