Hello and welcome to the Tuesday, August 28th, 2018 edition of Tesla Daily Unofficial Tesla

Podcast. My name is Rob Maower. Today we are talking

about Model 3 production. Elect Trek with some interesting reporting on that. This is an

evening episode for me. I had some issues when trying to record this morning

so I have to keep it pretty quick tonight.

But that does mean that we also know Tesla's stock price performance on the day, which was down 2.32% to

$311.86 cents this compared to the Nas NASDAQ up 0.15 percent. So so far on the week we're down a little

over $10. I think that's not too bad of a performance given the public-private

public thing. I haven't had time to review any news from today so I don't know if

anything in particular is driving that stock price movement but if there is we'll

talk about that on tomorrow morning's episode but I'm looking forward to

getting back to analyzing Tesla and we can do that a little bit today

because we have a report from Electric with some claims on Model 3 production numbers.

So this is from the article that many people probably have seen by now but the title of

the article is

quote Tesla is on track for a production record this quarter but slightly behind

ambitious model three goal end quote so I thought that title was pretty

misleading we'll get into why in a second.
