up on Wednesday. I'm sure you guys are all you know plugging in your own

estimates but I really wanted to have you on and sort of just kind of have a

conversation about what we're expecting not only the numbers but what kind of

business updates we are looking for to be announced on the conference call in the letter.

So I was thinking we could start with just at a high level.

We know what the deliveries are about 97,000.

How did you feel about those numbers and were they what you were expecting at the beginning of Q3?
