Today we're going to read some interesting channelings from Quo addressed to self-worth,

inadequacy, self-doubt.

Quo has addressed these questions in other episodes. I have an

episode on self-worth. This is a more recent one and it's important because in our culture,

especially in our social media environment, oftentimes we end up questioning our own

self-worth. There's lots of doubt about ourselves i go through

it all the time i'm reading this channeling for myself i'm constantly going through self-doubt and i talk

to people that are experiencing the same thing it's okay this anxiety and self-doubt that we're

experiencing is normal.

And there are ways and avenues of understanding it and addressing it and considering our place in the world where we can still be of service.
