Welcome to the reality revolution. I'm your host, Brian Scott.

Today we have the Field of Gold Meditation. The intention of this meditation is to put you into an amazing prosperity mindset, your visualization

and affirmation so that after this short meditation you will walk away with a feeling of

abundance flowing into your life.

So find a place to let go of the outside world for a few moments.

Start by finding a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and your eyes closed.

Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth releasing any tension or stress

from your body and as you breathe in we begin to slow down our breath.

Breathing in for five to six seconds.

And then exhaling with the equivalent amount of time. If you become distracted, just bring your focus back upon your breath.

Scan your body and release any tensions you might be holding within.
