Trick-or-treaters started early around 4 o'clock.

Well, this new generation of kids is a greedy lot,

so I'm not surprised that they started early and knowing you probably gave

out whatever the most popular brand of candy currently in America I would give out

like celery sticks and carrots to try to dissuade them from coming back next year, but my guess is that's not the approach you take.
