Today we have a Q&A episode, and I have a special guest today.

I have my friend Emma.

She is a graduate student in nutrition focusing on IBD nutrition.

She's a former client of mine. He's incredibly interested in nutrition. And her and I were talking

and I thought it would be great to bring someone else on to ask some of these questions for the

Q&A episode. And she was happy to volunteer her services. And I'm happy to have her. So Emma,

thanks for coming on. Thank you so much for having me, Dr. Ch'm happy to have her. So Emma, thanks for coming home.

Thank you so much for having me, Dr. Chavez. Yeah, definitely. So let's go ahead and get into it.

I'm going to introduce Emma a little bit later. I'm going to bring her on to a show to talk about

her story because she has a very interesting story about getting diagnosed with inflammatory bowel

disease, which is a very difficult digestive

condition and going down a path of following a lot of wellness influencers and alternative

health strategies and protocols and experiencing a lot of health issues as a result.

And from that, finding her way towards more evidence-based

nutrition, being interested in nutrition. And now, like I mentioned, she's working on a master's

degree and focusing her research on studying IBD nutrition. So it's a really interesting

story that I want to share with you all. And I will definitely have her on for a podcast later on

to share that with you.
