I'm Harris Creek. It's great to be with you guys. If you're joining us for the first time,

this will look a little bit different than normal. We're switching it up. And so we're going to do a little

Q and A. And I want to just share with you kind of one, why we're doing that and two, how we're doing that.

And so the why is once a year we want to do, well, we always want to do this, but once a year we'll do it in this format, where we want to bring down any curtain, any wall, anything between us and you. Now, I try to do that every week. I come up, you know, to the front of the stage and say, hey, if anybody wants to talk,

right, please come up. And I know that there's some of you that's outside your personality.

You have questions that you'll just carry with you through the months and through the years.

And so we've created this opportunity for you to ask questions this week.

We have taken all of those questions, and every one of them that was asked is represented

and you're gonna have the opportunity

to vote those questions up through a software

so you can kind of choose which questions

that we answer with the time that is allotted.

But the only questions that were asked

that aren't on there were just super specific,

like hey, my cousins, brother, brother sister this very specific thing is happening

but other than that everything that was asked is represented in what we're using slide oh and so

you'll see that in just a minute there's going to be a QR code on the screen you can take your

phone you can point it to that QR code, and then it will bring up that.

You'll be able to choose three questions and hit submit, and then that will kind of move

those three questions to the top to be one that will take.

We'll take all the questions if time allots.
