Mac, so who is your first hire?

And how did you figure out what was the first thing you needed to outsource?

So I actually ended up hiring a friend of mine who is not my agent to help me negotiate contracts because I just had no idea what I was doing. And again, it's like no one to ask for help.

There's a lot of things. Like I had no idea how to code a website. I coded my website when I first started

because I didn't have money to hire somebody. I don't know what I was doing, but I figured it out.

So there's times when you have to just figure it out and hustle. And there's times when you get to say, hey, like, I'm making a little bit of money now. Things are coming in and I don't want to do a poor job of this. Like let me, it's, it's better to have a smaller percentage of something bigger

than a bigger percentage of something smaller.

So let me go ahead and ask for help.
