The dirty dozen is usually, you know, anything that you're going to eat the outer skin of, right?

Berries are always on there.

You know, things like that.

Then they also have this list of the Clean 15.

And these are foods that have very little chemicals that are sprayed on them, if any at all.

And the reason why is that avocados have this thick outer rind.
