How long did it take you to feel like you were succeeding

and changing your habits? This question kind of varies. So right away, the first habits that I chose

to start were waking up a little bit earlier and working out. And by working out, I mean doing

something for my body, which I started by just going on walks, Monday through Friday before work. Right away,

I felt like those habits I was creating for my life. Now, every habit is going to be different

for every single person. For example, my workout habit, creating that consistent habit of walking

every single day was really, really simple for me because I came from a background of doing sports

where that kind of that commitment or that routine kind of made sense in my brain.

Like I had had the patterns from other places.

So those right away, I felt like were working.

They were helping me feel better mentally and physically and really giving me an answer to a lot of, kind of mean

solution to some of the problems that I had in terms of negative thinking and negative

thoughts. I felt like I was wasting my life. I wasn't doing anything for me by waking up a little

bit earlier in creating that time. I felt those, the results of that, the benefit of it kind

of right away. Whereas other habits, for example, my walking

habit was at the time, I created it because I wanted to lose weight. I wanted to fit in my clothes

again. I wanted to be able to go to social events. I was really insecure. I was really negative

about my body. I didn't actually start losing weight. And I started this in July. I didn't actually

start losing weight until I think like, like, December, January,
