quick disclaimer. The neighbors upstairs, I'm not sure if you guys are aware, but there's a lot of people spending a lot of time at home lately here in Portugal and the neighbors upstairs are home and they have a little one and so the floors for them are very, very close to my ceiling.

This is an old building with beautiful, beautiful ceilings.

If you've seen on Instagram, you can see my ceilings are stunning.

But what comes with the original hardwood floors and

ceilings that are so beautiful is that there's very little sound insulation.

So I actually can sometimes hear my neighbors snore at night time, so if you hear any noise upstairs while I'm

sharing today just like you know know that we're doing the best we can with the

audio that we have right now so let's move on to today's show. Today I'm doing
