For camps at the time of this recording in January 9th, we have a coaching development camp

in Plano at starting strength plano. That's covering how to coach the squat. Then a self-sufficient

lifter camp covering the squat, the press, the deadlift, how to film yourself and how to diagnose

your own technique. That's on January 22nd in Wichita Falls. Then our first ever lift shoot fight camp.

That's a two-day camp, April 30th to May 1st,

covering the lifts, shooting, and combatives. And we still have some spots left for our squat

camp in Oklahoma City with the vanilla gorilla himself, Chase Linley on January 29th. That's its starting

strength, OKC. And squat and deadlift camps, at the time of this recording, we still have a couple

spots left for the camp on Long Island on January 9th. Then a few spots left on January 22nd,
