All right, sports fans. Here we go. All seminars in Wichdolph Falls. Next one up august 13th through the 15th and then

October 15th through the 17th for camps coming up we do have a coaching development camp

covering how to coach the squat and the deadlift in Orlando at the end of June that's June 27th

then we have a self-sufficient lifter camp on July 10th in Wichita Falls covering the squat the press

and the deadlift, how to film

yourself, and how to diagnose your own technique. Then a couple squat camps coming up, May 29th in

Orlando and June 19th in Houston at Starring Strength Houston. And then finally our first ever

Olympic lifting camp with a couple spots left covering the snatch as well as the clean and jerk.

That'll be in Denver at starting strength

Denver all the usual meets in omaha going on and we still have spots left for a classic Olympic

lifting meet in wichita falls on july 24th where we've added the clean and press to the snatch
