Greg have you heard that expression?

It took a second to sink in but yeah that's uh that's

one I'm familiar with. Yeah so that that's the new way to say

beat a dead horse now you don't want to be that grim so you say to feed a fed

horse it sure would have been nice if you if you gave us a trigger warning before using the original

yeah before unleashing that verbal assault we'll edit that out but you know I don't want to feed a fed horse here, but we knew that even though the fitness podcast format is intellectual property of the stronger by Science publishing empire.

It kind of fits under the corporate umbrella we've established.

We knew that people were going to try to steal that.

I mean, that was expected. I thought it would take at least 10 episodes before we started really influencing

federal policy in the US government but much to my surprise if you know the loyal listeners will know maybe a week or so ago as of the

recording date here we released an episode with Rick Collins we talked a little bit about

how it sure would be great if the government

clarified some positions on CBD oil as a supplement. And wouldn't you know it, like three days

after we said that the FDA comes crawling and saying oh we're

going to go ahead and clarify now I mean they know that we as American taxpayers pay
