So four of us took a little time to reflect that it's a day we offered quite a lot of different similes

and from drop to drop near shore

and flowing all the way to the ocean.

And so maybe it's appropriate for this time to just offer some space for additional questions

or if there are something that came up from your practice, this is spending this day here,

welcome this is a time to maybe just share a little or ask a question.

Thanks so much as well from, probably from everyone's name.

It's my first day-long retreat.

I kind of decided on a whim to join with my friend here.

And I'm pleasantly surprised and profoundly grateful for the experience.

I would say in the beginning of the retreat,

I felt as if I was kind of being pulled in a TV scene,

almost kind of observing every scene very intertwined with the experience. In the second part of the retreat, I felt very much as if I was kind of watching the TV,

being a little bit removed.

And then towards the end, it felt like it was kind of a background noise that would appear here and there.
