haven't touched caffeine, nicotine, or just about any other stimulant in quite some time.

It's been about a week and a half. I just decided, well, you know, I take that back.

So I've been drinking my cacao, those cacao nibs that I drink in the morning. It's kind of like

a coffee alternative. This sounds horrible because, yeah, I know my company sells coffee, but I like

to challenge myself sometimes. I thought, you know what, now's a time when I have a few solid

weeks at home and I'm just going to get good sleep and not putting stimulus in my body. So

stop caffeine. Because you've been saying caffeine affecting your sleep?

No, I just, I never, it's like Anthony D'Amello says in his book Awareness, I want to be able to

look at anything in my life and say, yo, what's up, thing in my life? I derive a great deal of

pleasure from you, but I don't rely upon you for my happiness. And if I can't say that,

something like a spiritual practice, like a cup of coffee or a little bit of nicotine or

hit on a vape pan or anything like that, then I figure that I should detach myself from that thing.

And so I wanted to detach myself from stimulants for a while. But what I've been doing is I have

been drinking cacao tea, which I guess does have some teabromine and dopamine-ergic compounds in it.

And then probably touch a caffeine from what I understand. According to my calculations,

cacao does have some caffeine in it. And then I, yeah, I've been brewing some super duper dense
