Summary

The importance of making yourself a priority is true at any age and stage of life, but in midlife it gets even harder and even more necessary. Today, Stephanie will talk about how juggling kids, work, aging parents, relationships, and all the other responsibilities can make it easy to slip to the bottom of your own list. But this is also the season when your energy, health, and sense of self matter most. If you keep putting yourself last, everything else eventually suffers too. Stephanie will share how she’s had to put herself first in her own life, along with ways you can start doing the same. No matter how different our lives may look, filling your own cup starts with slowing down and making yourself the priority even if it’s just for 5 minutes a day.   For more information visit her at www.StephanieLynLifeCoaching.com   YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/StephanieLynCoaching Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stephanielyncoach/ TikTok: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMeg1m9pu/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/stephanielyncoaching   Thank you for your love and support! 1:25.3

love what I get to do every single day day and I'm so blessed and I'm so

1:27.8

thankful but you know for a lot of you who have been through divorce you understand that

1:32.9

it takes years for you to feel like yourself again just emotionally and mentally and

1:39.6

heal and work on yourself and then there's also the years that it takes to financially get back

1:46.4
