So it was great.

So I was in Texas and what's crazy about Texas is the food scene there, which is so, I'm

not going to say I was shocked because I knew it was different.

I kind of knew the South like to fry their food, but I was really shocked. We were with a lot of friends and my friends actually fry their turkeys. They fry a turkey. And I actually have talked to people about it and it's pretty common, which kind of blows my mind. How do you fit a turkey in a frying pan? So it's like this, I saw it for the first time in my life. They fried it in the grass, which is kind of a fire hazard, but in the huge pot with like a ton of oil and dipping it in there. And everyone was making jokes like, Jenna, if your dad saw this now, I was like, yeah, he would not be happy. But I had a very serious and kind of awakening moment there. And it was when my friend

was asking me, his dad had had a health scare. He has some pretty bad heart issues and he had

seizures. And I think his son, who I was talking with, was really concerned. He had to go to the

hospital? Yeah. He had to the previous week.
