0:45.1	Hey, girlfriends. how are you? Glad you are able to join me for this newest episode of the Girlfriends podcast. I hope you're doing well. We've been talking a lot about quarantine and coronavirus
0:51.1	and health worries and financial woes in the past several weeks.
0:56.1	And now we're dealing with even bigger problems that are going on in our country and the world at
1:02.9	large, perhaps right outside your front door, political violence and disunity and racial
1:08.5	discrimination.
1:10.0	And it's really a scary, heavy world out there right now.
1:13.6	I'm really feeling it.
1:15.2	And I'm pretty isolated, pretty insulated here in New Hampshire, where we live out in the country.
1:21.1	We're not near any big cities.
1:22.3	We don't have that sort of thing going on right outside our front door, not even in our community.
1:26.8	The protests that have taken
1:27.9	place here in New Hampshire have been peaceful. But at the same time, watching the news and having
1:34.8	friends and people that I love and know and care for in many parts of the country, watching the
1:40.6	things that are going on in our world, it's really been discouraging.
