there's a lot of incorporation and things like Ayurveda being incorporated and the wonderful things that

we've derived from that region and so this episode is very near and dear to my heart and I'm very excited to introduce you to our guest who's really kind of spearheading a movement to create more positivity and more understanding really around it. other beauty founders and entrepreneurs who are making a difference in the space on your

Yeah, no, I'm so excited and I feel like this conversation

that we're going to have today has been long overdue

and I couldn't think of a better person to have it with so you know I want to get started

Greenma if you could tell us a little bit about you and your work and and jolly movie and you know just how did it all start? Yeah, yeah. I mean, so I I sort of I grew up in

India and I moved her in my 20s and and I grew up relying on Ayurveda which I didn't even know at the time. I didn't realize because a lot of that

knowledge is like handed down from grandmothers and moms and dads and like people in your in your social circle and you

don't even think about it you don't even think about it and it's only when I started

missing those treatments did I did I realize the importance of Ayurveda that like seeps through our lives?

And how important it is to rely on clean ingredients, not just for external application, but also for internal consumption and how

far they can take you in maintaining a good health and life overall.
