If you want to stick with your goals, it will be helpful not to forget your goals. So do what you can

to make that less of a possibility. Every year on my other podcast, Best of Both Worlds, we do an

annual goals episode. We share our goals for the upcoming year and what we will do to make them happen.

We also do a mid-year check-in, and then we do a year-in review episode that we tend to record

in late November. The upside of this is that I wind up checking in on my goals multiple times per year.

I remind myself of what they were, and then I see

how I am doing on them. Some of them are daily practices, so I kind of know whether I'm doing

them or not. But some are more nebulous or take longer to do, and so the reminder is really helpful. Of course, as I'm thinking about it,
