and I don't know how it's possible. I really thought like my neurons were cooked in an insane way.

You know, you always see people say like, you need like a dopamine detox.

I thought I was so far past the point of that even being possible.

I thought like if I were to take my phone away for even an hour, I would start shaking and convulsing.

And that would kill me.

But matter of fact, of the past few weeks, I have been seeing the world, seeing it all, and I have

actually been able to dopamine detox. I don't really know what I'm detoxing from, basically just

what's on my phone. And I know that's really ironic coming from someone who is recording this with a phone and holding another iPhone.
